On-line Registration is now closed. You may still register on-site during the following hours:

Monday, March 10	8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday, March 11	7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday, March 12	7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday, March 13	7:30 am - noon

Registration Fees

Early Bird Registration: $200
(if received on or before January 22, 2008)

Pre-Registration: $225
(between January 23 & February 19, 2008)

On-site/Late registration: $250
(after February 19, 2008)

Continuing Education Credits

Continuing education credits will be offered for various professions (CME, CNE, CHES, CEU) based on 14 hours of instruction.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation requests faxed or mailed and received by February 19, 2008 will be accepted subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will be made within four weeks of the end of the conference. "No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of canceling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.
