Workshop Registration Fee includes 2 full days of SATURN Workshop presentations and working sessions; breakfast, lunch, and breaks on April 30 and May 1; and the evening reception at the Radisson Green Tree Hotel on April 30.

Tutorial Registration Fee includes participation in the specified tutorial; and breakfast, lunch, and breaks on April 29.

PLEASE NOTE: By registering, you grant Carnegie Mellon University and/or anyone acting on their behalf ("Carnegie Mellon") permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record and use your name, likeness, image, voice and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form, and for any purpose without compensation.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Payment Methods Note: We must receive your full payment prior to the workshop, or you will be expected to pay on-site in order to attend the workshop. Acceptable methods of payment include the following:

Credit cards - We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Company or personal checks - Your check must be mailed with your registration form. Keep in mind that to qualify for early-bird savings, we must receive your check by April 11, 2008. Please make your check payable to SEI/CMU and be sure to write the name of your organization on it.
Completed purchase orders - Purchase orders are accepted only until April 21, 2008 and should be signed by the designated fiscal officer in your organization.

Cancellation Requests - Refund requests received in writing and postmarked by April 21, 2008 will be processed minus a $25 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER APRIL 21, 2008. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged the full registration fee. Substitute attendees are welcome at no extra charge; however, we request written notification prior to the workshop for preparation of registration materials. For refunds, please allow two to four weeks for processing after the workshop.

The cut-off date for reservations is April 4, 2008. After that date, the hotel cannot guarantee rooms at the Conference rate.

Single Occupancy: $109 per night
Double Occupancy: $109 per night
Government Rate: $108 per night
(Does not include sales and occupancy taxes, currently 14%.)

The per diem rate for government attendees will be available only to active duty or civilian government employees. ID will be required upon check-in. Retired military IDs do not qualify. Please contact the hotel directly to make your Government rate housing arrangements.

The Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree offers a business center, hair salon, same-day valet service, complimentary parking, and complimentary airport shuttle service. Also, it has wired High-Speed Internet Access in the guest rooms at no additional charge. You can also take advantage of Wireless High-Speed Internet Access in the lobby, bar or lounge.

Additional services include: a heated indoor/outdoor pool surrounded by a large patio and tiki bar, hydro-therapy pool, sauna, a fully-equipped fitness center and guest membership privileges for the courts at the Green Tree Sportsplex.
