On-Line Registration


Credit Cards. This on-line registration system is based on the use of credit cards for payment. Purchase orders and telephone orders are not accepted. If you need to pay by check, or if you are unwilling to provide credit card information through the Internet, then please print out our .PDF Registration Form and fax or mail it to the following address with payment:

Full Registration Fee includes admission (for one person) to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, the receptions, (1) Dinner of your choice, and (1) CD-ROM of conference proceedings.


One-day Registration Fee includes admission to technical sessions and coffee breaks for one day only. One day attendees are NOT eligible to attend the receptions or dinners (unless a ticket is purchased separately.)


Life Member/Retired, Student Members or Student Non-Members are NOT eligible to attend the dinners (unless a ticket is purchased separately.) To guarantee the student rate, students are required to either fax a copy of their full time student ID to +1 (407) 366-4138 or send a copy by email to Mandy Mann at the e-mail below. You may also be asked to show your student ID on-site when picking up your registration materials.


All cancellation requests must be made in writing and faxed or postmarked by August 17th, 2007. Please note all cancellations will be subject to a $100 processing fee. Refunds will be made within four weeks of the end of the conference. Cancellations will not be accepted after August 17th, 2007. "No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of cancelling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.
