Visa Support Letters. The Association for Computing Machinery does not issue formal invitation letters for visas. We can however issue a visa support letter. For visa support letters, please send all requests to Ashley Cozzi at acozzi@acm.org with the following information.
- Name and mailing address as it appears on your passport
- The name of the conference you wish to attend
- Registration confirmation number
- If you are the author of any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title
- Fax number
- Visa Support letters are not issued via email
ICSE Conference fee includes fee includes entry to
all technical sessions, exhibits, lunches, breaks, reception, one ticket valid for public transport
during the conference, the Gewandhaus Concert, and one copy of conference proceedings on a memory stick.
ICSP Conference fee includes
entry to the co-located ICSP conference, lunch on both days, and breaks.
Tutorial fee includes entry to chosen tutorial(s),
luncheon(s) for full-day tutorial(s), break(s), and applicable tutorial notes. NOTE: Tutorials
not receiving sufficient registrations may be cancelled. Your registration fees for any cancelled
tutorial will be refunded.
Workshop fee includes entry to chosen workshop(s),
luncheon(s), and break(s). All technical papers from all workshops will be on the memory sticks along
with the papers and presentations from the ICSE Conference.
Student Rates.
To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a full-time student in an undergraduate, graduate, or professional
degree program. A valid student ID or other proof of student status must be provided with your registration by faxing
a copy to +1.407.366.4138 or will be required at the time of registration and check-in.
Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made in writing and faxed or postmarked
byApril 30, 2008 will be accepted subject to a €50 or $75 cancellation fee. Refunds will be made within four
weeks of the end of the conference. CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER APRIL 30, 2008. "No shows"
are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of canceling, your registration may
be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.
