On-Line Registration

To Register

You can register in two ways:

• Electronically
  
  To register electronically, simply complete the on-line registration form. The on-line registration site works with Internet Explorer and Netscape V6.0 or above. If you encounter problems registering online, please contact Mandy Mann at Registration Systems Lab by phone +1 (407) 971-4451 or .
  
  
• Via Mail or Fax
  1. Simply download or print the Adobe Acrobat .PDF file containing the registration form.
  
  
  2. Submit the completed form after filling out the form completely and specifying the payment method and any applicable credit card information.
  
  
  3. Mail or fax the form and any payment papers, (for example, a check or money order.)

Credit Cards. This on-line registration system is based on the use of credit cards for payment. Purchase orders, telephone orders and wire transfers are not accepted. If you need to pay by check, or if you are unwilling to provide credit card information through the Internet, then please print out our .PDF Registration Form and fax or mail it with payment to the address above.

Full Registration Fee includes a CD-ROM of Conference Proceedings (all published papers) and entrance to the Opening Exhibit Reception and Conference Banquet.

One-day Registration Fee includes a CD-ROM of Conference Proceedings and admission to technical sessions for one day only.

Author/Presenter MUST include an ICONE 16 Paper Number to qualify for the Author/ Presenter rate.

All Student registrants are required to fax in a copy of their current student identification.

Life Member/Retired, Student Member or Student Non-Member Fees includes a CD-ROM of Conference Proceedings and admission to technical sessions.

Author/Presenter Cancellations. If you are from a country in which a visa is required to gain entry into the United States, we strongly recommend that you register prior to the March 17th deadline. This will insure that you paper is included in the conference proceedings. For information about cancellations after the March 17th deadline, please contact dolane@asme.org.

Non-Author/Presenter Cancellations. Attendees may cancel their registration prior to April 1, 2008. All cancellations are subject to a processing fee. No shows are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee.
