On-Line Registration

To Register

You can register in two ways:

  • Electronically
    To register electronically, simply complete the on-line registration form. The on-line registration site works with Internet Explorer and Netscape V6.0 or above. If you encounter problems registering online, please contact Mandy Mann at Registration Systems Lab by phone +1 (407) 971-4451 or .

  • Via Mail or Fax
    1. Simply download or print the Adobe Acrobat .PDF file containing the registration form.

    2. Submit the completed form after filling out the form completely and specifying the payment method and any applicable credit card information.

    3. Mail or fax the form and any payment papers, (for example, a check or money order.)

Credit Cards. This on-line registration system is based on the use of credit cards for payment. Purchase orders are not accepted. If you need to pay by check, or if you are unwilling to provide credit card information through the Internet, then please print out our .PDF Registration Form and fax or mail it with payment to the address above.

Visas. Please remember to make arrangements for visas as soon as possible. Due to changes in visa laws and regulations, the amount of time it can take to get a visa has increased. For further information, please follow this link:

Sleeping rooms. Take advantage of staying at the Conference Hotel, the Renaissance Washington D.C. Specially negotiated rates are available now through August 27, 2008. Book your hotel room by following this link:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and faxed or postmarked by August 31st, 2008. Please note cancellations will be subject to a $125 administration fee, ($50 for students). Refunds will be made within four weeks of the end of the conference. Cancellations will not be accepted after August 31st, 2008. "No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of cancelling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.
