Credit Cards. This on-line registration
system is based on the use of credit cards for payment. Purchase orders,
telephone orders and wire transfers are not accepted. If you need to pay
by check, or if you are unwilling to provide credit card information through
the Internet, then please print out our PDF

Press.
Members of the Press are invited to cover CFP2007 at no charge, except for meals.
Meal tickets for Press and persons accompanying attendees but not attending the
conference may be purchased during the registration process.
Full Conference Fee includes
three lunches, one dinner, all breakfasts, and breaks. One-day Conference fee includes lunch,
breakfasts and breaks for that day and dinner on Thursday only.
Student Rates.
To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a full-time student in an undergraduate, graduate, or professional
degree program. A valid student ID or other proof of student status will be required
at the time of registration and check-in. Students who wish to guarantee a space in
tutorials must pre-register and pay the tutorial fee.
Cancellation Policy. Refund requests received in writing and post-marked
by April 27, 2007 will be processed minus a $35 Administrative Fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER APRIL 27, 2007.
If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged the full registration fee.
Substitute addendees are welcome at no extra charge, however we request written notification prior to the
Conference for preparation of registration materials. Please allow two to four weeks for processing after the conference.
