Early Bird Registration: $495
(if received on or before April 9, 2008)

Late/On-site registration: $595
(after April 9, 2008)

Payment information

Payment in U. S. dollars may be made by personal or company check, money order, or credit card.

  • Mailed checks must be payable to ASTDA. Please print out and submit the .PDF Registration Form along with the check.
  • Online registrations must be paid by credit card.
  • Purchase orders will be accepted but must be accompanied by completed registration forms for each conference delegate. Please print out the .PDF Registration Form and submit one copy for each delegate.
  • Government vouchers, wire transfers, telephone or electronic mail registrations will not be accepted. International payment must be by credit card or International Money Order.

Registration Confirmation

If registering on-line with a credit card, you will receive an immediate on-line acknowledgement upon successful submission of your registration with your Registration Number. Please do not forget to print it for future reference. You will also receive a registration confirmation via e-mail. If a credit card transaction is unsuccessful, we will promptly notify you by phone, fax or e-mail.

If you register via postal mail or fax and the registration form is received by April 23, 2008, you will receive a registration confirmation via e-mail with your Registration Number within a week to ten days. If an email address is not provided on the registration form, we will confirm your registration via postal mail or fax.

In case of any problems when arriving at the conference Registration Desk, participants are kindly requested to bring with them complete documentation of the registration fee payment.

Cancellation Policy

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing to the BASHH/ASTDA Joint Conference Registrar. Refunds will not be provided for cancellation requests received after April 9, 2008. If you are unable to attend, a colleague may attend in your place. Written notice of permission from the original registrant for substitution must be provided to the registrar either prior to the conference or at the conference site.

Note: A $25 cancellation fee will be assessed for registration refunds.
