The last date to advance register is Wednesday, March 4, 2009. After this date, please register on-site.
Scope of Registration
Conference fees include of copy of the associated proceedings, breakfast, breaks and lunches. Students registered for the conference are invited to all conference events.
Lunch is provided on Saturday and Sunday for full-day workshop and tutorial attendees. Half-day workshops will not be provided lunch. There will be a reception on Sunday that is open to all attendees and their guests.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds submitted in writing must be received no later than February 14th, 2009 and are subject to a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after this date. Instead of cancelling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.
